The hotel offers incredibly comfortable and spacious rooms, especially the well-sized and clean beds. The service was excellent, with a special commendation to Tomas who ensured a warm welcome and took great care of me throughout my stay. The location was excellent, being close enough to walk to the main plaza and Santa Catalina Monastery yet situated in a quiet area. The dining options were really good with plenty of choices. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and enjoyable.

My stay at the hotel was truly pleasant. The rooms were beautiful, the food was wonderful, and the servers were attentive. However, the information provided upon booking didn't match entirely. Despite that, the rooms were very warm and had comfortable beds, especially the bed that was really comfy.
